What Jamboard.net is

Jamboard.net is a free online whiteboard. You can start a board without creating an account or giving us an email address.

Your boards

In v1, board content is stored locally in your own browser (using browser storage / IndexedDB) on your device. We do not have user accounts, and we do not sell personal data. If optional realtime collaboration is enabled for a board in a future version, board changes may be transmitted through our realtime provider so other people opening the same link can see them — that will be reflected in an updated version of this policy before it launches.

What we may collect

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical logs (for example IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not build advertising profiles from your board content.

Cookies and local storage

The whiteboard uses browser local storage / IndexedDB to save your board on your device and remember editor preferences. Clearing your browser data deletes locally saved boards.

Children

Teachers and tutors may use the site with students at their own responsibility under their school's policies. Do not put sensitive personal information on a shared board — anyone with a board link may be able to open it.
